Tents
What size tent do I need?
It depends on your guest count, seating style, and layout. Check out our square footage guide below, or contact us for a custom recommendation.
Can tents be installed on concrete or asphalt?
Yes! Tents can be set up on concrete, asphalt, grass, or other surfaces—but it’s important to let us know your surface type in advance so we can bring the proper equipment. The setup location often determines whether we use a pole tent or a frame tent.
- Pole tents require staking into the ground and need an additional 5 feet of clearance around the perimeter for proper anchoring. They also have center poles and tension ropes and are a popular choice for weddings, graduations, and private events held on grass.
- Frame tents can be installed on hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt and do not have center poles. They can be secured with weights or stakes, making them a more versatile option for tighter or uneven spaces.

Do I need to wash the linens before returning?
How do I know what size linens to order?
Choosing the right linen size depends on your table dimensions and your preferred drop length (how far the linen hangs over the edge of the table). Here’s how to decide:
How much should a tablecloth hang over the side?
- Casual events: 6–8 inch drop
- Semi-formal events: 10–15 inch drop
- Formal or floor-length look: up to 30 inches (all the way to the floor)
For weddings, galas, and special occasions, floor-length linens provide a clean, elegant look. For more relaxed gatherings, a shorter drop is usually sufficient.
Use floor length, rectangular tablecloths for banquet tables where clean lines and symmetry are important and when displaying food or beverage.

Tent pricing includes full setup and takedown by our team. All other rental items—such as tables, chairs, and linens—are delivered as drop-off only, unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional labor charges will apply for setup or teardown services beyond tent installation.
To ensure a smooth pickup, please have all rental items torn down and ready at the scheduled time.
- Tables should be collapsed and stacked.
- Chairs should be restacked onto the provided carts.
- Linens should be shaken free of debris and placed in the provided linen bags.

When will my weekend rental be delivered and picked up?
Do you provide multi-day event rentals?
Yes! We offer flexible rental options including single-day, 3-day, and full-week packages to suit your event needs. Most items—including tents—are typically delivered at least one day prior to your event to ensure ample time for setup and preparation.
